Well, as a co-mod you'd have to make sure everyone's following the rules of the community, answer questions that they might have and in case I am MIA, take over the community with the other co-mods and keep the challenges running. You'd also have a chance to pick what types of challenges the community is going to have. For example, I posted challenge #1 which was a regular challenge (there's regular challenges and theme challenges) and said that it didn't matter what images members used as long as their icon had two or more members of the league in it. Now sometimes (depending on who is posting that week's challenge) members will only get a certain image or images to work with and/or a theme. For example there could be a regular challenge along with a theme challenge. A theme could be black and white and in that case members could enter three icons for the regular challenge and two for the theme challenge (depends on you). You can vote in every challenge, and when it's your turn to choose the challenge you also get to choose Mod's Choice. The first challenge I chose it and this challenge, fatherartist is choosing Mod's Choice since it's his challenge.
